Day 1 (including Lunch, Dinner and Music Show)
• 08:30: Depart from Hanoi.
• 12:00: Arrive in Mai Chau. Welcome drink and cold/hot towel to be served, followed by an authentic
lunch in Thai ethnic style at Bo Luong Restaurant.
• 15:30: Start your journey to discover the interesting surroundings and ethnic minority tribes with
our cycling tour for 2 hours (with tour guide).
• 19:00: A fabulous dinner will be served at Bo Luong Restaurant.
• 20:00: Enhance your experience by sampling delicacies from the local region during dinner time
and enjoy the traditional performance from Thai ethnic minority.

Day 2 (Including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Trekking Tour)
• 08:00: Enjoy a tasty breakfast at Bo Luong Restaurant while overlooking to the peaceful lake and
green landscape images.
• 09:00: Experience the Mai Hich valley soft trek to get a deeper immersion into the ethnic
communities and to learn more about their real life (with tourguide).
• 12:30: Enjoy a lunch at the village and drive back to the Lodge.
• 19:00: A fabulous dinner will be served at Bo Luong Restaurant.
Day 3 (Including Breakfast)
• 08:00: Restart another new day by listening to the natural melodies while having breakfast at Bo
Luong Restaurant.
• 09:00: Go walking to Pom Coong and Lac village or pay a visit at local market from intricate
handicrafts to delicious local treats (Free activities without tour guide).
• 11:30: Back to hotel for Lunch (This meal not included in the package rate).
• 13:30: Gracefully check out and send a farewell massage to the beautiful valley of Mai Chau to go
back to Ha Noi.

• A deposit of 50% of the total price is required within 3 days from official confirmation, as specified
by Mai Chau Lodge. Rooms are subject to cancellation and resale if required deposit amount is not
received within the specified option period.
• Full payment is required for reservation within 30 days prior to check-in.
• Any cancellation made within 30 days is subject to 50% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellation within 15 days is subject to 75% of the total amount of the booking
• No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours
or any other services included in the tour price but not utilized by the tour members.
Child Policy:
• Children below 5 years old, sharing bed with parents: Complimentary, maximum 2 kids.
• Children from 5 to 11 years old.
• 75% of Aldut rate ((Including meals + Dance show + Extra Bed).
• 50% of Aldut rate (Including meals + Dance show, No extrabed, sharing bed with parents).
• Children from 12 years old are considered as Aldults.
