Can I invite my friends to come and visit Mai Chau Lodge?
- All visitor information must be provided to the front desk staff, including the number of visitors, names, arrival time, and departure time.
- Visitors are required to leave their ID card or passport at the security department.
- Visitors are only allowed in public areas and are not permitted to enter guest rooms.
- Guests are kindly requested to meet their visitors at the lobby.
Can I smoke in the room?
- Sorry, smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms. However, we have a designated smoking area for your convenience.

- We offer a service for serving outside food brought into the resort, with a surcharge per meal, including food reheating and dining utensils. Mai Châu Lodge does not allow any cooking equipment to be brought into the resort.

- Mai Châu Lodge provides complimentary tea and coffee in guest rooms.
Is breakfast always included?
- The room rate includes a complimentary breakfast for two guests (except for certain special promotions or upon guest request).
