DAY 1: MAI CHAU - THAI VILLAGE CYCLING TOUR AND DYE EXPERIENCE
* Shuttle bus pick up at Flower Garden Hotel - 46 Nguyen Truong To Street
* Check in at Mai Chau Lodge by noon
* Savor a specialty lunch at Bo Luong restaurant, there you can try the rice cooked in the bamboo
* Enjoy an exciting half-day cycling tour of a Thai village today. Begin with a safety check before following your guide by bike through Pom Coong village. Pom Coong is a Thai village which offers a more off-the-beaten-track experience with the equal beauty of more well-known villages. Next, cycle through paddy fields to Lac 2 village where you will visit Mrs Thuan. Mrs Thuan runs a local workshop set up to support those with disabilities in the village.
* Kayaking in Mo Luong lake is available for free of charge
* Dinner is served inside the restaurant after a half day of activities
DAY 2: MAI CHAU - CAVE VISIT - HANOI
* Breakfast is served at the restaurant
* Visit to Mo Luong Cave. Exclusively operated by the Mai Chau Lodge, this tour starts in the easily accessible and spacious main chamber which can hold up to 400-500 people. In this dramatic setting, you’ll hear the legend of the cave as well as interesting tidbits on the history of the country. Climb the steep stairs to explore a second short tunnel. Adventure seekers who like tight spaces can also undertake a soft adventure through some of the cave’s longer tunnels which require some skill and a degree of fitness.
